Our indoor reception space can accommodate up to 240 guests without a dance floor and 144 with a dance floor.

Our outdoor ceremony area can accommodate 250 guests.

Yes, there is ample parking available for guests.

Yes, although we do have some amazing caterers on our preferred vendors list.

We do allow decorations, but there may be certain restrictions. We want to make sure your event is exactly what you dream of so, please contact our event coordinator for further information.

Yes! We have fully equipped cabins on site that can accommodate guests from 2 to 22 people!

Here at The Hendo, we love our cattle and want to ensure your safety and theirs. We ask that you and your photographer/videographer stay outside of the cow pen.

We do not currently provide a clean up service after events.  You and/or your coordinator are required to have everything cleaned up by 12:00AM.

We do not have a coordinator or planner to assist with your event. We do offer some great options in our preferred vendor list that you can choose from.

We will have a venue representative available during your event for venue related questions.

We currently have 5 onsite cabins that are fulling equipped to experience the perfect luxury lodging experience.

At this time, we do not offer any audio/visual equipment, however we do have amazing DJs on our preferred vendors list.

Here at The Hendo, we customize your proposal and contract – Please refer to your customized contract for you event.

Absolutely! We offer indoor and outdoor options for both.

Yes, you must have a license and insured bartender that is not a family member, friend or wedding guest.

In the case of bad weather, we can accommodate under our outdoor covered area or inside the reception hall.

We do provide tables & chairs and they are included in your rental, any other items you may need like linens will need to be rented.

Our bridal and groom suite are currently under development and will be coming soon in 2024, At the moment, we are offering 2 of our cabins for the day of of your wedding.
